		<description>are you kidding me?  jesse you're moderately expert on enough things to be considered sufficiently expert on the whole.  i think that works out.  anyway, that site is really cool and there's one kinda like it in Chicago that groups blogs by train stop: www.chicagobloggers.com.  i'm casual ultimate at the damen blue line stop. check it check it out.  I think chicagger blogger's set-up is good, but i like the fact that outside.in can serve as a general neighborhood bulletin board; i looked up wicker park and found out a couple interesting things, but of course there were "posts" that i suspect of being ad plants.</description>
